Clan Greco

The Italian acid jazz trio Clan Greco (Greek Clan) consists of musicians Massimo Greco (trumpet, arrangements), Luigi Mosso (bass), and Stefano De Bonis (keyboards). The musical atmosphere of the group's work is characterized by a very moving and calculated brass sound, particularly the solo trombone and tuba in alternating parts. Combined with pleasant, swing-brass-like, virtuosic basslines overlaid with drum 'n' bass rhythms, their music leaves a highly professional impression.

The trio has released two full-length albums, the first of which, Musical Fitness, was recorded and released in 1999 on Irma Records, a label well-known among electronic music enthusiasts. The project has also released several compositions and remixes on vinyl. Clan Greco's musicians collaborate and perform with renowned artists both in Italy and abroad. Their compositions have repeatedly reached high spots in the UK charts.
